FundedSeat Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases made through our website are non-refundable, in whole or in part. By subscribing or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that FundedSeat incurs immediate costs to set up your service, and therefore we cannot offer refunds on any purchases once access has been granted.
This Policy applies to all services including evaluation accounts, performance accounts, resets, data fees, extra session logins, and subscription renewals.
1. Service Fulfillment (Delivery)
Services are considered fully delivered once account credentials or platform access are issued, regardless of whether the user logs in, uses the account, passes, or fails the evaluation.
No refunds will be issued based on account failure, disqualification, or unused access.
2. Renewals
No refunds are issued for subscription renewals.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the market closes on the day prior to your renewal.
If a renewal payment is declined, your account will be canceled automatically. Canceled accounts remain valid until the expiration date but cannot be renewed.
3. Additional Fees
No refunds are provided for resets, data fees, professional data fees, or extra session login fees.
These are optional add-on services that are billed separately.
4. Technology & Platform Issues
FundedSeat is not responsible for:
exchange outages,
platform errors or stuck orders,
data feed delays,
connectivity issues,
or hardware/software problems on the user’s side.
Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences, as they are outside our control.
5. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time via the Billing tab in your FundedSeat dashboard.
Once canceled, your account remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew.
No refunds will be provided for any prior charges.
6. Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Filing a chargeback for services properly delivered under these Terms constitutes misuse of the chargeback process (“friendly fraud”).
If you fail your account, are disqualified, or otherwise lose access due to rule violations, this does not entitle you to a refund or chargeback.
In the event you file a chargeback, FundedSeat will provide evidence of delivery (account assignment, login activity, platform usage logs, and this Policy) to the payment processor or card issuer.
Consequences of Improper Chargebacks
Accounts involved in chargebacks will be immediately terminated with forfeiture of all unpaid profits.
The disputed amount, along with any related fees, may be sent to collections. You will be liable for all associated recovery costs, including administrative, collection, and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent banning from all FundedSeat services.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify support@fundedseat.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue directly.
7. Right to Terminate
FundedSeat reserves the right to terminate services and deactivate accounts if you breach our Terms & Conditions. Breaches may result in:
account deactivation,
forfeiture of profits,
permanent bans from accessing FundedSeat services.
8. Discretionary Exceptions
In extraordinary cases, FundedSeat may, at its sole discretion, offer credits or partial goodwill adjustments.
This is not guaranteed and does not waive this Policy for current or future purchases.
