FundedSeat Refund and Cancellation Policy
All purchases made through our website are non-refundable, in whole or in part. As soon as you subscribe, we incur costs, which is why we can't offer refunds on any purchases.
1. Renewals
No refunds are issued for subscription renewals.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the market closes on the day prior to your renewal.
2. Additional Fees
No refunds will be provided for resets, data fees, or extra session login fees. These are optional services available on our platform.
3. Technology & Platform Issues
FundedSeat is not responsible for platform errors, data issues, stuck orders, or other technology-related problems. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences as they are beyond our control.
4. Account & Plan Selection
Refunds will not be provided for purchasing the wrong account type or plan. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account in the FundedSeat dashboard, under the Billing tab.
Once your account is canceled, it remains valid until the expiration date. It cannot be renewed. No refunds will be provided for any prior costs.
6. Card Declined
In case your account is canceled due to a declined card, it remains valid until the expiration date. It cannot be renewed.
7. Right to Terminate
FundedSeat holds the authority to terminate contracts and deactivate accounts if there's a breach of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Such breaches could lead to account deactivation, forfeiture of any funds, and potential bans from accessing FundedSeat services.
